LendScope is a trading name of IntroCap Ltd, a commercial lead generation business. IntroCap Ltd is the data controller for any personal data you provide through LendScope.

LendScope operates as a lead generation service for the UK mortgage and bridging finance market. When you submit an enquiry, IntroCap Ltd will pass your details to one or more FCA-authorised broker partners who may be able to assist with your finance requirement. IntroCap Ltd may receive a fee or commission in connection with this referral.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

When you submit an enquiry through LendScope, we collect the following information:

- Contact details: full name, email address, phone number

- Loan enquiry details: loan type, loan amount, property type, timescales, and any other details you provide

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit (collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools)

We do not collect any special category data (e.g. health information, financial account numbers) through LendScope.

3. HOW AND WHY WE USE YOUR DATA

4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

- Broker partners: your enquiry details will be passed to one or more FCA-authorised mortgage or bridging finance brokers. The broker will contact you directly regarding your enquiry. By submitting this form, you agree to your details being shared in this way. Please note that IntroCap Ltd may receive a referral fee or commission as a result of this introduction.

- Technology providers: we use third-party platforms (such as CRM tools, marketing platforms, and analytics services) to operate LendScope. These providers act as data processors and are bound by data processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING

LendScope uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyse traffic and improve the user experience. This includes analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You will be asked to consent to non-essential cookies when you first visit the site.
